S&M Cafe

It not what you think I assure you!!!

This little gem is great find on Brushfield Street just outside Spitalfields Market. Serving quality food with great prices to match proves that cheap and cheerful really does exist.

S&M Cafe stands for sausage and mash. They serve a range of meat and vegetarian sausages from the traditional pork or cumberland to the adventurous butternut squash, sage and gorgonzola. The dish comes with a healthy serving of mash and a delicious red onion gravy. It is comfort eating at its best.

You can have a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with your food, but if you are up for it, they make the best Bloody Mary’s I have tasted in London.

When the bill comes, you will be pleasantly surprised. Our food cost us £5 each!!

  1. There’s one in Angel too. I love it! I don’t remember it being £5 each though… did you have a voucher? The bill is usually at least double that.

  2. I love comfort food especially mash thanks for telling us about this place!

  3. Good to know there is one in Angel.
No we didn’t have a voucher but I am now wondering if there was a mistake on the bill!
    Great food though!
