Wrap Up

Max Mara, fashion brand mostly known for fabulously glamorous and elegant coats, celebrates its 60th birthday this year.  As the temperature drops in Europe, let this virtual shopping of coats keep you warm…

Max Mara studio coats, cream, £685, available at Matches

Red pea coat from Uniqlo, £89.90, also looks cute in navy.

Stand out in this fabulous striped coat by cult American brand J Crew £400

Glamorous textured faux fur coat by Oasis, £120

The coats above and to the right are both by Hobbs and are in the spirit of Max Mara’s Italian elegance.

The coat above is the Austin Coat, £349 and the one to my right is called Unlimited Celeste Reversible Coat (phew) £499

You would never guess this coat is only £129.90 by Uniqlo.  It even has 15% cashmere which is more than any other high street brand.  It looks lovely in the other colour options of black and camel but I think the grey version looks cheap.

And finally…

This lovely duffle coat by Hobbs is from their NW3 range inspired by the riff raff of beautiful Hampstead including my sister who owns an identical coat by Joules that she’s had since last year.  What a trend setter!  We call it the Paddington Bear coat but this one is called Oakham Duffle, £239.
