Peas in a Pod

Shivering through the Scottish Summer, I turn to comfort food to warm me up.  I’ve been making delicious frittatas since living with Spanish friends at uni and this recipe is perfect as not only does it feel healthy it is also light and tastes great hot and cold (although I prefer it hot).

What you need:

Olive oil

4 spring onions cut into small pieces

The Buttery Cafe

I remember when I first moved to London and fell in love with Hampstead.  It was so pretty even on a miserable rainy day that I went home and dramatically declared to my sister that we must move there.

The Buttery Cafe sits at the top of my road in the 300 year old Burgh House

Strictly Anti-Fine Dining, McDonalds in India does offer a local range of naughty fast food that they really should offer to Britain. After all, if our favourite national dish was once chicken tikka masala, why would Brits not want a McSpicy Paneer burger?

Atul Kochhar at Meza

Atul Kochhar, the first ever Indian chef to receive a Michelin Star, extends his stay at the infamous Meza Bar & Grill in Wardour Street in Soho for another month.

Truly Scrumptious

Like the lyrics of a Mary Poppins song, this hamper from Fortnum & Mason is truly scrumptious and should help with wedding picnics and afternoon tea.

I love picnics, my mum would always organise huge ones for the family with all us cousins munching sandwiches, crisps and samosas

Momo: Moroccon Gem Still Rocks

Looking for somewhere to go on a Saturday night in London. I revisited Heddon Street, W1, the other day to discover a number of new eateries and bars that are hidden in this little treasure trove of a cul de sac. But for me the restaurant that I once loved and frequented is still there, Momos.
