Designer Amit GT showed a glamorous red carpet collection for slender leading ladies in their element in front of flashing lights. Although not directly acknowledged the collection was heavily inspired by the last Bond movie, Skyfall. Oriental baroque is the official inspiration, nevertheless, the instrumental of Adele’s theme tune kicked the show off.

The Spring/Summer 2014 Couture collections showcased earlier this month in the city synonymous with couture and fashion: Paris.
Celebrating the fantasy and dream that is flamboyant fashion without worrying about price tags, I’ve selected some of my favourite looks from most of the designers that showed. I know I already covered the Valentino exhibition, however, I went to see it last week and had to report back! Did I have 2-3 hours spare in my last day in London before flying to Delhi? Of course not, but I still went to the Valentino exhibition regardless and it was just excellent.

A delayed post about the Golden Globes fashion hits and misses, apologies, things happen!
Firstly let me say, in India last night it was the Screen Awards which I guess is the Indian version of the Globes but I’m not going to review the fashion because I can’t pretend to care about the celebrities or the fashion. A sari is a beautiful garment, end of. No one wore anything else.
So back to the Globes, please do get your comments off your chest too!
Starting with a Brit Chick – well, at least it’s not nude. I love nude but it’s a bit saturated at award ceremonies. The Telegraph commented on Kate’s chav/scouse eyebrows. A bit harsh!
