I read an article recently of a woman in her twenties who was waiting for surgery on her bunions due to constantly wearing ill-fitting shoes and high heels from a very young age. Bunions are that growth near your big toe that over time pushes your toe to almost a 30 degree angle and will ultimately need to be fixed through, often painful, surgery and lengthy recovery but this used to only affects women over the age of 45.

We all know about the dark side of fashion production so I’m not going to go into the morals of it all here but I just wanted to draw attention to Indian current affairs that may affect a global brand near you. These are facts, whether you feel like you want to change your buying habits or write to complain to any brand mentioned that is up to you.

2 bottles of good red wine – I use cab sauv which works really well. It is a myth that you can use rubbish wine. Repeat after me: rubbish wine = rubbish mulled wine.
