Post Price Soars

Royal Mail have been given the license to set their own prices and so the first thing they do is hike up their prices by over 30%. First class postage will rise from 46p to 60p and second class from 36p to 50p from the end of April.

But will this take away from the sentiments of sending and receiving something in the post as some groups are suggesting?

Sheila’s Wheels Gets Clamped

Watch out ladies!… you are now going to be penalised for being better drivers than men.

We have enjoyed lower insurance prices for many years and the now men have come fighting back, throwing gender discrimination in our faces.

The ECJ have ruled that gender discrimination cannot happen when pricing insurance. Must have been a man p***ed off with having to pay more than his wife, daughter, girlfriend etc…

Statistics show that women are lower risk drivers. Pricing insurance has to be performance related and surely women will be rewarded in the end for being better drivers!
