Bubbly you’ve GOT to help me!!! That was my sis as she thought of packing for her ten day holiday (3 days before the departure date… a little extra notice would help). And another friend told me that she recently returned from a trip to Mexico exasperated as nothing she packed went together and she simply couldn’t create looks she was happy with while she was there. There’s no doubt about it, holiday packing can be stressful.
My first advice to my sis was to make a grid with the number of days at the top and day and night to the left:

Stress, stress, we’re all stressed. Lifestyle pages often overflow with tips to de-stress your life. However, there are so many tips and new ways to de-stress and an overload of advice from the latest research is it in turn causing more stress? My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer when I was only nine. My mother, brother and I were understandably devastated. Dad started his treatment but it made him sick and moody and coping with imminent death

Dear Diary
I had a very stressful ten days recently, coping with daily change to my workflow in Delhi. I find my team here to be so unreliable and irresponsible it is sometimes hard to cope. I am not a scary Alan Sugar type boss, I just want a strong and supportive team.

Recently, I have been listening to peers talk about their ill fated relationships with their mother-in-laws. In each circumstance, I am speaking to modern, educated brides who have quite traditional mother-in-laws. Their worlds are clashing and they are struggling to keep hold of and impart their values.
