Seventeen

seventeen

Having heard great things about Seventeen in Notting Hill, I broke with tradition and decided to Go West and try it out.

First impressions were incredible, this certainly is a very cool Chinese restaurant, very modern but in keeping with a Chinese aesthetic.  I’m not entirely convinced it belongs in Notting Hill which is more understated cool, but anyway, I was looking forward to a fab meal having been very impressed immediately with the restaurant interior.

The Ferocious Ladoos

If you are looking for a bit of racy mitai (Indian sweet), look no further than the The Ferocious Ladoos.

Punjabi Rock/Indie band from West London, stole the night at their debut gig in Hoxton Square at the Underbelly last night.  Led by the gifted and talented music alchemist Bob Loyal, and including Huck Auluck and Faisal Malik rocked the audience.

Meh to Mandaloun Lebanese Restaurant

If you’ve seen this restaurant, which is just outside Westfield near Waitrose, you will know that it looks amazing. Great interior design, solid furniture, huge mirror and welcoming atmosphere…. Or so I thought!

It has been ages since I went somewhere utterly rubbish for dinner and I feel I must share bad reviews with you to prevent you from wasting your hard-earned cash.  My sister and I were shopping in Westfield
