Atul Kochhar at Meza

Atul Kochhar, the first ever Indian chef to receive a Michelin Star, extends his stay at the infamous Meza Bar & Grill in Wardour Street in Soho for another month.

Playing home to pop up restaurants by a number of chefs including Anna Hansen from The Modern Pantry, Atul Kochhar has been so popular that they cannot get rid of him.

He took the world by storm in the mid 90’s with his exciting take on British Indian Food and now snippets of his menu from Benares can be found in Soho. Kochhar is offering his favourites such as Lamb ‘boti’ kebabs with minted mascarpone and the classic chicken tikka. However, I would most definitely recommend the fabulous Goan spiced mackerel with gooseberry chutney.  And if you fancy a drink, the cocktails are well worth a try. I found the lychee and rose petal Martini absolutely fabulous darling.

Top Table are offering 3 courses plus a glass of wine for £22.50. If you haven’t been it is well worth the taste explosion.
